Set on 21.85 acres of waterfront property, Riverside Galleria is scheduled to offer 458,798 sf of GLA on the shores of the Arthur Kill Waterway in the Charleston section of Staten Island – one of New York City’s wealthiest neighborhoods. Both Stand Alone and In-Line retail opportunities are available. A large promenade affords visitors an up close view of the working waterfront. Riverside Galleria also contains space reserved for a 55,000 sf dine-in multiplex cinema, an amenity the Southern Shore of Staten Island has been longing for.
Under-served Local Market
A study conducted by the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation found that 46% of Staten Island shoppers travel an average 26 miles outside New York State to shop solely because Staten Island does not offer sufficient mid to high end retail options. Islanders are willing to spend approximately $22 per trip to visit their favorite retailers. Riverside Galleria is positioned to satisfy the needs of affluent shoppers right in their own backyard.
Staten Island waterfront restaurants are notoriously busy and often times hard to get into without reservations. The F&B component of Riverside Galleria is designed to provide visitors a variety of options, each with a water view and access to the Waterfront Promenade. We are seeking various types of F&B operators for this unique site.
