MARIO MINELLI OF CASANDRA PROPERTIES TAKES THE BRONZE AS SIBOR TOP PRODUCER FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW

If you used the term “over achiever” to describe Mario Minelli, licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Casandra Properties, you would be right on the money.  For the second year in a row, Mario has been named one of Staten Island’s “Top Producers” by the Staten Island Board of Realtors.  In order to achieve that ranking, Mario had to close 17 properties in a twelve month period.  Only about 100 of Staten Island’s more than 2000 real estate sales people are able to lay claim to those numbers.

Staten Island, New York: Celia Iervasi, a recent inductee into the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) Hall of Fame has joined Casandra Properties as a member of their Real Estate division.

Ms. Iervasi, who is an Associate Broker, has been selling real estate for the past 14 years.  Over the last ten years, Ms. Iervasi sold nearly $110 million dollars worth of real estate making her a SIBOR Top Producer for 10 years in a row and earning her a place in their prestigious Hall of Fame.

Ms. Iervasi recently made the move to Casandra Properties because she wanted to expand her reach into the North Shore of Staten Island and Brooklyn.
